Refund Policy

1. Refunds Permitted

Escape in Time kindly requests a minimum 24 hours advance notice of your cancellation. We will then reschedule your session for another date, or issue a credit for future use. All purchases are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Exceptions on our Refund policies may be approved or denied on a case by case basis at Escape In Time's discretion. For inquiries please call (505) 386-1386.

3. Shipping

We do not ship tickets to booking times. A confirmation email is sent to all customers upon completion of the booking process which describes information about their purchase.
